Romeo is sensitive, brooding, alluring, a tiny bit vain, and poisonous. He wishes he weren’t so attractive to others, because they end up getting caught up in his poisonous spray. He can’t help it; he’s a dart frog. He’s a lonely beast and can’t help popping in for a quick kiss, then lamenting how their love can never come to be. His heart actually belongs to a mysterious dart frog he met, who is, unbeknownst to him, his own reflection. He gets on with Milo the Flamingo, who is immune to his dramatics – and his poison.
Specials
Passive - Tragic Allure
Romeo will constantly exhale a poison cloud around itself that deals Poison Status Effect to close-by enemies.
Allies who stand in the poison cloud get poison applied to their attacks for a few seconds.
Active - Just a little Kiss
Romeo glues its tongue to another opponent or obstacle, bringing itself close to it, mid to long range. Once glued, it also applies a short Stun to the target. It will deal a very small damage in a small area when Romeo lands on the target.
Primal Instinct - Too Close for Comfort
Every time Romeo hits an opponent with its active skill, the active skill will have its cooldown set to [ActiveCooldownReset] (The amount of seconds the active skill cooldown will have left after the primal is activated.)
